​I earned the Doctor Of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Pharmacy followed by a one year Clinical Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN.Â
I worked in the Pharmacy realm for over 3o years.

200 hour teacher training in "The Art of Teaching Vinyasa Yoga" completed in 2017
at Midtown Yoga in Memphis, TN.
200 hour teacher training in Kundalini Yoga completed in 2019
at Delta Groove Yoga in Memphis TN.
